Its only 10 mins from ASU and 15 from scottsdale.In a very safe HOA community with a nice pool that is walking distance. The house is fully furnished with everything you need to make dinners or just relax. I have Netflix on the tvs,I also have very strong WIFI.All bedrooms have all the amenities,TV, Ceiling Fan, Putting green and Hot Tub.I have plenty of parking.Perfect house for spring training.
