Summary: Dana's place is comfortable, quiet, well-stocked and conveniently located. Did I mention quiet? This is a residential community, so please look elsewhere if you're in the market for a party house! But with the comfortable beds and furniture you're guaranteed good sleep and a perfect spot to wind down after a busy day in the Valley! Our second stay here was every bit as good as the first!!

Summary: Great location down the street from daughter's wedding venue.Host was great and quick to repond to any questions i had..... stayed 5 nights and would stay agianagain !

Summary: The Cozy Condo is an outstanding place to stay and cool down in the Phoenix heat! The complex and the unit are both sparkling clean and easy to access. The king bed in the master has an outstanding mattress, and the kitchen is well stocked. There two clean pools and hot tubs with great views of South Mountain. I would recommend the Cozy Condo for couples especially, but the second bedroom could easily fit a child or two, or a single adult. We really enjoyed our stay here!!
