Independent entrance - no need to go thru the house. Bathroom with glass enclosed shower, steel sink in granite topping and toilet.
First guest $64 / night, second guest $52, children over 12 years old $52.; children under 12 years old $32. Pets allowed at $20 each per night plus a one time $40 pet hair/odor cleaning fee. Laundry available: Wash/Dryer & Soap $19./load. Central AC & Heating. PARKING w/ camera surveillance 24/7 on concrete driveway near the entrance doors at $9/night paid separate because not every guest need parking. The surrounding neighborhood is residential, quiet, and the County allows noise until 10PM. No loud music beyond reasonable limits, One mile from downtown Silver Spring; ten miles to the White House and D.C. monuments. Visitors allowed until 11 PM. Unregistered people not allowed to spend the night. No promiscuity. No party. Check out time is 11am.
