Yes, you CAN have it all! Splash in the clear blue Gulf waters at one of the several nearby beaches. Chairs, towels, umbrella, cooler and sand toys are provided for you with this home!
Come home to your private, heated pool inside the screened lanai. Cook dinner in your fully equipped kitchen overlooking the pool and enjoy dinner at sunset on your lanai with dining table.
Our comfortable open living room is equipped with a 65" TV and free internet is provided for our guests.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. One of the guest rooms has a queen bed and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin beds providing plenty of room for everyone.
The garage is supplied with all the necessities required for a day at the beach and includes . There is also a fully equipped laundry so no worries about taking soiled clothing back home.

Summary: This is a great location with everything you need nearby in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean with plenty of room. Pool was clean. The provided laundry facilities and beach accessories were a plus. Overall, it was a perfect place for our family during our vacation.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this home. We had four adults and two 11-year-olds. The house had plenty of room for all of us. The kids enjoyed having a pool. This house was only a short drive to Manasota and Venice Beach. The owner was also very accommodating and able to move our check-in time a couple of hours earlier.

Summary: We loved the layout of this house! The open living room and kitchen are very bright and cheery. Sadly, the January weather wasn't very conducive for using the beautiful pool. Mr. Johnson was amazingly accommodating during our 3 week stay!
