Summary: Great access to beach, restaurants, grocery store! Owner was very responsive. There were only 4 adults and we cannot see how 10 guests could possibly sleep there. Ice maker was not functional & Keurig coffee maker was questionable. Overall we had a great time in Florida!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very clean and stocked with everything needed. We had a couple minor issues that the owner immediately fixed. The road in front of the house was busy at times, but it was quiet inside the home. The neighborhood was nice, and we felt safe. The house is close to great beaches and downtown Venice. The owner was great to work with. We would stay again.

Summary: The home is lovely and recently remodeled with a large kitchen, living room, and small game room. The homeowner was kind and thoughtful and responsive. It's only 5 minutes to the beach. It would also be great for families with small children. I would stay here again.
