Summary: Las Palmas is truly a tropical paradise. The beach area and surrounding plants are meticulously maintained. La Cantinita, the beach restaurant/bar Is wonderful. All of the entrees and beverages were just delicious. The wait staff was professional and friendly. We especially appreciated Isaac and Geo. Our unit was spacious and comfortable. The showers were beautiful although after the first day neither shower had hot water. The master bathroom had toilet issues which we resolved after a time. The kitchen although adequate could use some new pots and pans, spatulas and dishwashing equipment. We had no sink/stopper basket, no dish pan and/or drainer. We had to purchase a lighter to light the gas cook top as the one furnished was not working. We so enjoyed the spacious, beautiful deck which offered spectacular views of the ocean and entire garden area. Location of this property is great, very close to the airport, about 5 miles. A small mercado was located just down the road. Soriana in Zihua is a very nice deptmart store which features a large liquor department and wonderful bakery and produce. We would visit this property again.

Summary: The villa has a stunning view of the beach, palm trees and ocean. The layout was perfect for two couples, two large bedrooms both with king-sized beds. The staff was very helpful and attentive. We enjoyed the infinity pools and the plunge pool on the patio. The ocean was too rough for swimming but we had long walks each day along the beach. The villa complex was surprisingly not crowded. We typically had the pools to ourselves or shared them with just a few others. There is a restaurant onsite, good food, but very pricey. We went to Zihuatanejo Centro most evenings for dinner, it’s about a 20 minute taxi ride, the cost was between 400 and 600 pesos more expensive to go to La Ropa. The cost of the taxis was higher than expected and if I were to do this again, I would consider renting a car.

Summary: When we checked at 3pm as per the agreement. We met with the front desk manager, and we followed them to our room. We unpacked all our luggage and food and just started to relax and enjoy our vacation. When the management team came back to the front door about 45 minutes later and told us that they had checked us in the wrong room. We then had to repack all our clothes and food out of the fridge. This was just a big inconvenience. The positive note is that both units were amazing and once checked in we had an amazing week, and the staff was the best. I would highly recommend this property for two couples it was perfect. The location is very private and beautiful and the restaurant on property was fabulous.

Summary: I very much enjoyed my stay. The villa is very nice and comfortable. Sitting on the balcony of my unit was very relaxing with a great view. The restaurant on the property serves wonderful meals. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The big infinity pool is an extremely nice pool. Long walks on the beach were enjoyable. This is definitely a quiet and relaxing place.
