Negative: Afternoon sun and heat hits directly into the condo. Waves hitting the rocks below are very noisy at times.

Positive: Absolutely Wonderful! Everything you need and more. LuLu and Jose are the best. The communication between the owner's was excellent. The pool was small but nice especially between the hours of 4:00 -6:00. The Sun was pretty intense. About 1 block away to the road leading to LaRopa Beach.

Positive: View is amazing, sound of the waves crashing on the rocks soothing. We loved the location as it was easy access to both beaches. While we enjoyed the hillside climb each day as we were assured exercise it could be challenging for some. We loved this property and intend to return in the future.

Positive: Amazing view of the ocean/bay. Central location to both main town and La Ropa beach. Open to outside layout of condo maximized view, fresh air and sounds of ocean. Balcony awning worked well to reduce late afternoon sun exposure. Quiet building - small number of units. Nice infinity pool. Excellent communication from host before and during stay with lots of tips/recommendations for the area.
Negative: Hot water was minimal a couple days (minor complaint)
