This tropical waterfront beauty has it all...heated pool, spa, dock, and custom elevator. It is well appointed and fully equipped for your ultimate holiday rental. Located on a deep water canal with direct access to Florida Bay or the Ocean. Enjoy unforgettable sunsets while relaxing on one of several patios this gracious home offers. Water views are captured from almost every room. Spend your days relaxing in the breeze from the ocean, lounging by the pool, heating up the spa, or going for a dip in the canal. The house is in a prestigious residential neighborhood, but so close to all local attractions. A 70 foot dock is ready for your boat. A large outdoor shower/dressing area is perfect for rinsing off after a day out on the water or after cruising on your boat. The house is easily accessible to everyone via stairs or custom commercial elevator. There is high speed internet, wi-fi and plenty of HD televisions for viewing: including a 76 inch TV with surround sound. The layout is spacious and carefree with over 4000 square feet of air conditioned living space. Plenty of room for everyone plus plenty of privacy to get away.
The main living, dining and kitchen area is located on level 2. It forms an "L" around a large outdoor dining patio with views in all directions. This level also has two king guest bedrooms (each with balcony) and a full bath.
The romantic master bedroom suite with open beam ceiling is privately tucked away on the third floor. It has his and her bath rooms, a separate living room, mini kitchen and two large outdoor covered patios, one waterside overlooking Florida Bay.
The ground floor apartment compliments the rest of the house. The living room and full kitchen overlook the water. There is a large king guest room with sunny outdoor patio and full bath.
Located at mile marker 86, the house is close to all the Keys has to offer: world-class sport fishing, swim with the dolphins at Theater of the Sea, snorkel or dive at a coral reef, boat out to the sand bar, charter a boat for deep-sea fishing, go back-country fishing in Florida Bay. Enjoy live music at one of the many waterfront restaurants or spend the afternoon at the Village of Islamorada Founders Park with its Olympic-size pool, kids water park, sandy beach, tennis/pickle ball courts, ball fields, and more.

Summary: We have been going to the keys annually for over 20 years, best stay yet, house and location are great! Plenty of room could easily handle 10 or 12 people comfortably. Pool stays amazingly cool even in August. The pass thru garage is the best, you can open the door and get a breeze through to the pool, perfect place to set up your corn hole boards. Snake creek compares to none, a boaters dream, deep water access and easy out to either side and all amenity's are there, we took the boat to Hog Heaven around the corner many times, very relaxing. this is a outstanding neighborhood. Kathleen does a flawless job of informing you of all the amenity's and opportunity's in the house and Keys wide. Very easy to work with.

Summary: On numerous occasions my family and I have had the pleasure of enjoying a slice of paradise called Irish Ayes. We totally enjoy the peaceful, quiet neighborhood as well as the surrounding area. It is located within minutes of excellent fishing, boating, diving and snorkeling locations that both the expert and novice can thoroughly enjoy. On every occasion we have found the house to be immaculately clean and well stocked. The house and first floor apartment are laid out in such a way that, when traveling with guests, each has the ability to enjoy privacy of separate areas, including multiple decks. A favorite is the pool/spa area. It is ideally designed so that, at any one time, you can enjoy either the sun or shade while in the pool. Kathleen is the best! She supplies you with a comprehensive guide for the house, along with many suggestions for excellent dining, shopping, etc. any house issues were always dealt with promptly and professionally. I sincerely hope to return many times in the future. Donna F

Summary: What a great place to stay in Islamorada. Very well maintained, and super clean.location is perfect for restaurants and activities. The home is spacious and the apartment on the ground level allows for a nice separation of guests. How about 3 kitchens? The main kitchen was very well equipped. Best of all, an elevator! Great views of Florida Bay from the canal side decks. Best of all, Kathleen was super to work with. If you are into deserts, don't miss the fruit cobbler at MM88 restaurant. Summary: Irish Ayes is a perfect home for large families or couples wanting to share a vacation home. The 4 king bedrooms are spacious, particularly the master bedroom on the top floor with his & her bathrooms, and decks on either side of the house. A separate apartment with a full kitchen and living area, houses the 4th bedroom. Separate, yet still easily accessibility to the main part of the house. A large porch off of the kitchen / living area is well equipped with a table and 8 chairs to go around it for relaxing or eating outdoors. There is also an elevator for going between floors which was wonderful for bringing groceries up to the main floor as well as our luggage when we arrived. The heated pool is delightful to lounge around in as well as the hot tub. After a long day out on the water it is the perfect was to relax. For the casual boater or avid firsherman, this house sits on a canal leading out to the Snake Creek which runs east & west between the Atlantic Ocean & the Gulf. It doesn’t get any easier than this to get to your destination by boat. The owner, Kathleen Monahan, is wonderful to work with. She was helpful in advance of our coming to her home as well as while we were there. We highly recommend Irish Ayes! Rob & Fran Marsh

Summary: Our first time at this property . We've been renting in Venetian shores for 30 plus years. Fabulous, clean, well equipped home. Great pool , down stairs apt., fish cleaning station, etc. We keep 2 boats and a locker with all of our personal belongings. As gourmet cooks, didn't need very much of our stored kitchen items. We have already booked for 2017!

Summary: Great place to stay with excellent views, and nice canal front area. A little difficult for us older folks to enter the second floor bath tub/shower area, since we stayed on the second floor and used that bathroom--it has a wide top area that was difficult to negotiate for us. Great location on Venetian Shores with a view of Florida Bay from the second floor. Owner very accommodating if anything comes up that help is needed. We enjoyed our stay at this home.

Summary: My family and I rented this home for the month of November. Everything about this home is wonderful! The only regret I have is not bringing my elderly father along for the stay. This home has a new elevator and a ground floor bedroom suite that overlooks the canal. The main house has everything you would desire on both the upstairs suite and the main floor. It was nice to tie our boat up in front of the house. After a long day of fishing it was great to sit in the hot tub and take a swim. I have stayed in many homes throughout the Keys and I will say that hands down this was our best stay yet. Thank you again Kathleen!
