Positive: The beautiful well looked gardens and the 2 pools that just invited you in on a hot Zim day . Loved how all the rooms just spoke to one another and went on forever making you want to sleep and experience each room .

Negative: Then the friendly staff in the kitchen , office as well as the ground staff . Everyone so happy with a smile and exceptional service . Breakfast was amazing catering for everyone. Just love it and will be back soon . Thank you for our wonderful stay in Harare .

Positive: This was our first stop in Zimbabwe and spoilt us for the rest of our trip. The setting in a lush garden oasis soothed our souls and the staff made us so welcome and were kind and thoughtful. The food was really good, too.

Negative: Having to leave on our trip (we will return though - can't wait).
