Negative: The check in process was very poor. The pin is inaccurate and the properly is listed as 59 (it's actually 59a). In addition 59 Piers Road on Google maps takes to you to the mall. When we arrived the security guard said this was not a hotel and seemed shocked at our arrival. Eventually he said it was a hotel and let us in. At this point nobody was around to greet us and we spent 10 minutes walking around looking for someone to check us in.

Summary: Nice property and good amenities but the directions and check in process was very disappointing

Positive: Nice property . Very nice style of the rooms . Friendly staff.

Negative: 1. They supposed to have information in the rooms about best places to visit in Harare such as: best restaurants in town , best national Parks to visit . Best places to visit .. 2. The thing that the restaurant is closed for lunch and dinner is a very big headache … They should at least to have the possibility to have dinner .. 3. In my opinion in the rooms supposed to have microwave.

Positive: Natasha was very professional and so was Trust at breakfast. We enjoyed the breakfast that Chef Andrew prepared for us. The gardens were beautiful. We had a relaxed stay and definitely recommend the property to anyone looking for a relaxed break!
