Positive: The self-check in was very easy and convenient and we didn't have any problems with it. The room was also clean and we had a TV. Downstairs, there is a kettle and a small kitchen area. The Wifi was also good and due to the location in a quiet area, there wasn't much noise

Negative: Our bathroom smelled bad, which was very unpleasent. The toilet was leaking so there was a small pool of water in front of it, which was not really nice. The bed was also really hard and it was not stood up against the wall so you weren't able to lean on anything when watching TV which was pretty uncomfortable. The location is alright but it's not in the center so you always have to take a grab to get somewhere. Lastly, the staff was absolutely no help and couldn't even tell us where the nearest ATM was.

Positive: We booked last minute as we missed our night bus. There is a self check in system so we were able to book and check in in the evening within 30 minutes. The room was very nice and clean with a comfy firm bed. The location is good if you are passing through Ayutthaya as it is close to bus connections. The staff allowed us to use the communal space for the day after we checked out. The space is really nice with air con and comfy seats. There is also a nice coffee shop in the downstairs of the hostel where we would recommend having a morning coffee. Thank you!
