Positive: Su and his wife were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble . They provided good local knowledge and assisted with transport to the historic site. The breakfast was delicious, and the swimming pool was an extra bonus. Highly recommended.

Positive: Perfect hosts. Genuinely caring. Helpful, kind, well informed above and beyond 5 stars! Great room, kept cool during heatwave. Fabulous breakfast Best coffee in Thailand. The host loves good coffee. Many free refills. Never ending supply of free cold drinks during exceedingly hot weather. Made special lemon and honey tea for my wife, for her cough. No charge. Arranged trips for us. Arranged long distance taxi for us at a very low price and very short notice. Made us feel at home and very welcome. We want to come back and will recommend it to all our friends. Just wonderful. (We are both in our 70s from UK)

Positive: We had a lovely stay! The owner has been really helpful and hospitable. He helped us on many points, from going around the city to the laundry. Everything was clean from the room to the swimming pool. If we come back to Ayutthaya, we know where to stay! Thank you!

Positive: The owners are very friendly, helpful and always available. They speak good English. The room is cute and has all you need, it has a nice balcony. The pool area is great, very spacious and relaxing. Service was great as well: daily fresh beverages and could get a simple good meal upon request. There’s a 7-Eleven at 7mins walk.

Negative: It’s unfortunately not at walking distance from the historical centre (but thankfully a short 7-mins car ride away).
