Positive: Great location! But a challenge when you are arriving as a non Chinese speaking tourist. The service was amazing once I arrived. Things were fixed, delivered and explained quickly and efficiently, every time I asked. Lovely people!

Negative: The climate in the building was difficult to regulate. Very dry air (Beijing climate) and a lot of heating (set on 26C standard) caused some trouble with my health.

Positive: I had a great stay here. The apartment is right in central Beijing, but because it’s located inside a gated community, it’s surprisingly quiet and peaceful. It was the perfect balance between convenience and calm. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout my stay, and even lent me a cart to help when I was moving out. I recommend

Positive: The host was very nice and helped us finding the place as well as being ready anytime to help us if we needed help with the apartment. Arriving, they even prepared some water bottles for us and were so kind to store our luggage after check-out. For finding the place I recommend using wechat and contact your host or go by taxi since Google Maps or booking was no help for us.

Positive: Living like the locals live is what this apartment is about. It is a huge apartment with an extremely comfortable bed, huge bathroom, great view, bottled water supplied, safe, secure and a washing machine and dryer.

Negative: They actually make my sign a one month rental contract. They said they wouldn’t enforce it but that I should keep it in case “someone” -like the management -or police?- came asking if I was there just for a few nights… not nice at all. The maintenance of the room is not at its best, particularly the shower and toilet have mold / also in the little kitchen close to the door…
