Summary: Amazing location walking distance to the town. The room was clean, Patty was an excellent Inn Keeper, very friendly and accommodating. Free snacks, breakfast and coffee, and happy hour, very thoughtful touch. I highly recommend.

Summary: This property is amazing! It is within 5 minutes walking distance to downtown Bar Harbor, and a very short drive to Acadia National Park. It was very charming and quiet, and parking was convenient. Sara was an awesome host. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Bar Harbor.

Summary: Sweet Inn, perfect location in town. Can easily walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very close to the harbor for sunrise / sunset walks. It’s an easy drive to explore all Acadia has to offer. Wonderful breakfast spread: fresh fruit, overnight oats, yogurt, quiche, pastries, juices and great coffee. Room, ours was the Belmont, very spacious, with comfy king bed. The Inns common areas were well appointed with comfortable furnishings and interesting decor. The Inn keepers were so friendly and helpful with activity and dining suggestions. Will stay again on next trip to Bar Harbor.

Summary: The Yellow House Inn is a special place! We loved everything about it!! Sara and Patti are the kindest hosts and made us feel so welcome. The Inn is so beautiful, yet cozy and homey! The common areas are just perfect. The breakfast was delicious and wonderful! Healthy snack choices are available all day long. Sara and Patti have thought of everything including hiking backpacks to borrow in case you forgot yours like we did! The outdoor space (wrap-around porch and fire pit) are fantastic and we loved sitting by the fire in the evening. Our room was so spacious and lovely! The location of the Yellow Inn is perfect! You feel away from the hustle and bustle, BUT everything is walking distance! We didn’t drive anywhere while we were there! We just LOVED it all and can’t say enough about our stay! We’ll be back for sure!

Summary: Such a lovely place to stay in Bar Harbor. Tucked away and private yet just one block away from everything. Sara the hostess was very kind and helpful with suggestions for where to go in Acadia NP. It was just perfect!
