Negative: The property is run down and needs updating. The room appeared clean but there was a strong smell of air freshener that seemed to be for covering up smells. The external door by the parking lot did not lock.
Summary: Only there for 5 hours.

Positive: Great location, great price. I had to book 2 rooms, so I was looking for a cheap but decent place, and this fit the bill. It was nicer than decent - older but everything was nice and clean.
Negative: Bathrooms could use an update - they were kind of dingy but not unclean.
