Summary: The rooms were nice. The beds were comfortable and clean. As we went out to front parking lot to load up my family of 7 we noticed someone backed into our luggage rack and completely bent it in half. We had to stuff everything in the vehicle with 6 hour drive left. Front desk lady said cameras didnt reach where we parked. That put a big damper in our travels. Wished there were more honest people.

Summary: We had an issue with our ac leaking water. Kathy was quick at the issue. She brought some towels to the room and comped our stay for any inconvenience we had. The bed was so comfy and cozy.

Summary: It was very loud and noisy since we arrived. This location is very busy all the time. The lobby was full of people and dogs. We were trying to sleep and they were people running up and down the hall, slamming doors, laughing and dogs barking until 1130 at night then our toilet that starts to back up and overflow onto the floor. We were not able to get some sleep and one in the morning. I called the front desk. They did nothing. I informed the front desk the following morning upon checkout and the response was we were really busy no apology no comp no discount.

Summary: Stay was nice, room was clean and good. Breakfast and dinner with drinks are served. Only problem is a couple had a few dogs that barked alot and they did not have control of them wjen they took them outside.

Summary: Went for a one night get away, check in was easy the front office personnel was amazing. Received a knock on the door about 11:00 pm, front office stating we were being loud, mind you there was only 2 of us and we were getting ready for bed. We travel frequently and this was a first for us. Not sure if they got the wrong room.

Summary: Good stay overall. The room was clean and beds were pretty comfortable. I could barely hear the young man who checked us in; he spoke way too quietly. I assumed he was saying the same things they usually do at check-in. I got tired of asking him to repeat himself. The only complaint I really have as far as the room goes is the lack of good water pressure in the shower. If the price is right in comparison to comparable hotels, I’d stay again if/when in the area.

Summary: It was probably one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. Everything was amazing from the food to the cleanliness of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!!
