Negative: Cleaners didn’t fill up soap Didn’t fill up coffee And took my towels and didn’t replace them I think they were under the pump as they were busy

Positive: Bed was comfortable and there was separate beds for myself and my child.

Negative: Booked accommodation and was told reception open until 11pm. When I arrived it was all closed, phone didn't answer etc. Luckily someone responded through booking.com or we would have had no where to stay. We stopped the drive as I was too tired to continue and booked close to the freeway to continue our trip.
