Positive: It was such a great experience! The staff went above and beyond, I've stayed at many accommodations but I've never experienced such hospitality. Mohamed not only picked us up from the airport, but he drove us around the city and helped us so much. The room was lovely and we had a balcony with a view of the ocean.

From the moment I arrived in the airport, the owner provided me a free of charge transportation (back and forth). The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always eager to assist with any request, no matter how big or small. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel valued and well taken care of. I had my solo tour for two days with best rate. I highly recommend Yaqoot Holding to anyone looking for a place that truly values its guests and strives to provide the best possible service. Thank you for making my stay so memorable!

Positive: The staff of the hotel is just the best! They picked me up in the bus station and they took me to the airport, the hotel is a very nice villa one minute walk to the beach, and the owner gave me an all day personalized tours around Muscat with the best places... We went to the opera house, then to a real Oman bazar, then to the sultan's house, then to a fancy hotel in the beach, then to the biggest mosque of Muscat and to the best mall in the marina. I only stayed with them 2 nights, but Mohammad made sure I will see the best places in the city, and we did. I have been traveling for almost two months in England, Spain, Qatar, Bahrain and United Arab Emirates, and this hotel in Oman and its people, were the best place in all my trip and the most helpful staff I met. Whenever I come back to Oman, I will visit Muhammad and this guys for sure, they made my stay in Muscat simply the best.

Negative: There is nothing I didn't like, maybe that there are no shops near the hotel but Muhammad would take me to them any time.

Positive: From the beginning, I experienced Omani hospitality. Mohammad picked me up from the airport, and Mira checked me in; these people are amazing. The property, equipped with all necessary facilities, was ideally located near the beach and not far from the airport. It was also very close to the opera and relatively near Mutrah Souk. Additionally, Yaqoot offers food options and provides a car for visiting tourist attractions.

Negative: Oman is a very hot country, so sometimes you need to wait for cold water to come from the tap.

Summary: I really liked my first trip to Oman, and even more people from this place made my days. I will come back for sure!
