Positive: The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Was a good place for three of us. Check in and check out was very convenient.

Negative: We were given only one access card and the parking was outside the building and was open. The host told he missed the parking card.

Summary: Nice apartment to stay with family or bachelors in reasonable rate.

Positive: the location is excellent

Negative: Although the quality of the flat was great and the location is perfect for my plans, the room was not ready until 3:45. We had to wait with family in one room until it was ready. This is something the management should work to improve in the future, as it was mentioned before by other guests. Also, another repeated comments about the sound of the main room's AC as it is sometimes annoying, kindly fix that. These comments are only to improve the guest experience, as the flat deserves a second visit if those comments are considered.

Negative: The electric kept setting off alarms in the early hours of the morning Very basic equipped - no hair dryer, very limited towels, no cookware despite choosing accommodation with a kitchen Could have been cleaner

Positive: -Responding host -Spacious flat -Quiet location

Negative: -The flat was not very clean -Very limited kitchen facilities -A/C of the master bedroom blowing directly in your face, with no possibility to change the air flow direction due to restricted access to the A/C display -Lacking instruction on how to turn on the gas, the water heater. The host was responding quickly, still no need to loose time on whatsapp when a leaflet with instructions would make it much easier and quicker -TV not working There is so much potential for making the flat lovely, just a bit of effort would make such a difference. Getting a few decent kitchen utensils, decent hangers in the cupboards, some decor, written instruction and cleaning properly is a matter of one day and it would make it a much better stay.
