This 2 bedroom home invites you in with cozy furnishings, lofty ceilings of natural wood beams and large windows that frame the deck and the surrounding forest. The living room, warmed by the gas fireplace, has a flatscreen TV and a sofa where you can put your feet up after a day of hiking, biking, fishing, or skiing. Just around the corner in the kitchen, you'll find everything you need to prepare your favorite meal, a peninsula breakfast bar for two, and an adjacent dining space with a table for four.
On this level you'll also find one of two queen bedrooms and a full guest bathroom with shower and tub, plus the laundry room.
Head upstairs to find a cozy loft with a pull-out sofa, portable AC unit, TV and DVD player for viewing your favorite movie. A queen bedroom with private attached bathroom with gorgeous tiled shower completes this level.

Summary: The house is in a great location. It is close to the bike trails, the North Store, and the Cottonwood Dog Park. The house was clean and well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood. Bennington Properties are super responsive to any inquiries or needs. There was a problem with one of the bikes, and a new cruiser was delivered within an hour. There is also reimbursement up to $250 in the summer for qualifying summer activities. The process was smooth and quick. I would happily stay here again and or rent from another Bennington Properties.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay in this home. Well-stocked for cooking, beautiful updated primary bathroom, private deck, great location, comfortable furniture, huge garage and close to the grocery store. We stayed cool with the fans despite it being 95 degrees. Bennington Properties was always available if we had questions about the home or activities in Sunriver. We had such a great time!

Summary: Property is well maintained and well stocked. It was great to have bikes at the property but it would have been nice to have a bike lock to ensure the bikes were secure. Great property though, would stay again.

Summary: I stayed for a weekend and it was perfect. Perfect size house for my fiancé and I and our pup. I’ve never stayed on that end of the sunriver resort but we were still able to enjoy a long bike ride on the bike paths. Great house, I’d stay there again. Thanks!
