Positive: The hotel is simply amazing, the architecture, the care for details, everything made our stay unforgettable. We wished we stayed longer, it was very difficult to leave the hotel, given all the facilities it offers. The rooms are big, well appointed. The balcony was one of the most useful balconies i had, iffering a great view and having comfortable seating space. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, both chinese and western food being available. The pool area is stunning as well, all in all a fantastic experience

Negative: What we didn't really like was the staff not being very helpful or pushing too much for the services offered by the hotel,a more gentle approach would have been appreciated

Positive: I had an absolutely incredible stay at Yangshuo Sugar House. From the moment I arrived, everything was taken care of with such thoughtfulness and attention to detail. The hotel itself is stunning—beautifully designed with a perfect blend of luxury and nature, set in the serene landscapes of Yangshuo. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. A special thank you to Sarah at the reception, who went above and beyond to help with everything—from booking spa treatments to organizing a driver and a knowledgeable guide for exploring all the must-see destinations around Yangshuo. Her warm and professional assistance made everything so easy and enjoyable. Thanks to the staff’s impeccable support, I was able to fully enjoy all that Yangshuo has to offer, stress-free. I can't recommend this hotel enough and would love to return in the future. Thank you again to everyone, and especially to Sarah, for making my stay so special!
