Positive: Stunning location and comfortable rooms. Very clean, good food and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Negative: Pool is not heated in the Winter. No TV in English.

Summary: Perfect for a couple of days to go on the cable car trip and boat trips

Negative: Food and Beverage quality need to improve The evenings can be quite noisy due to heavy traffic on the main road, particularly from the trucks passing by.

Positive: The best hotel I could have ever dreamed of. Everything was perfect, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly, like no other I've ever encountered. The breakfasts were varied and incredibly delicious. Not to mention the surroundings, which exceeded my wildest expectations. Anyone who loves this kind of environment like me will feel right at home here. The most magical moment was when I checked into my room and suddenly saw rabbits staring at me from the window—an unparalleled experience. I recommend this hotel more than you can imagine.
