Positive: Lovely building full of character with very helpful friendly staff. Unusual for us we ate dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food was very nice with Western and Chinese options. Rooms were also very nice with separate sitting facilities. All in all a very enjoyable stay in a very pretty location. Getting to Yangshou centre took about 20 mins which was very easy using the DiDi app.

Negative: Nothing we really enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

Positive: We loved the peaceful location and historic buildings - much more charm than other hotels around Yangshuo and worth travelling out for. The staff spoke good English and could not have been more helpful, and the food was excellent.

Positive: The property is a collection of lovely heritage stone houses and courtyards in a traditional Ming dynasty village. We had a large, two storey suite with balcony and private terrace! Warm and welcoming staff, and great food in the restaurant! Bicycles to rent, and lots of helpful advice about activities in the area.

Positive: The hotel is authentic and absolutely beautiful, it’s located in a quiet, quaint town away from the chaos, but this does mean that everything is a little far away - however, it’s all easily reachable by a Didi or scooter ride. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I also had a delicious meal at the restaurant onsite.
