Positive: The first thing we noticed upon arrival was the large, clean, green, and beautifully maintained territory — the staff really takes great care of it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, cleaned daily, with all necessary amenities. We were especially surprised to find rubber slippers for adults and even Crocs for our child. Our terrace had an amazing ocean view. The beach was spotless and exceeded all expectations. Most guests stayed near the lifeguard, so when we moved a bit farther away, we enjoyed a nearly empty beach — it felt like a private island. The lifeguard occasionally reminded us to stay in the safe swimming zone, but always in a very polite and non-intrusive way. There were always enough sunbeds and towels for everyone. Breakfasts were tasty and varied. My child usually doesn’t eat early in the morning but felt hungry a bit later. We took a few pastries from the restaurant, and the staff was very understanding. There’s a daily kids’ entertainment program and a kids’ club open from 9 AM till evening. Even though the staff didn’t speak English fluently, they always tried to help using a translator. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the local market, which was great for dinner options. Overall, it’s a quiet, family-friendly hotel with many guests with children and a very warm and pleasant atmosphere.

Negative: The hotel has many self-service machines on-site (for renting strollers, inflatable toys, snacks, water, etc.), which is very convenient. However, foreign guests can’t use them without a Chinese phone number. I had to ask a staff member to rent a stroller for me and transfer money to them privately. We also couldn’t order room service because it required registration through a local app using a Chinese number. There are three restaurants on-site, but they operate only during certain hours. Throughout the day, only one restaurant is open — the food there was honestly overpriced and not very tasty. In the heat of the day, it wasn’t ideal to leave the hotel and walk to the market for food, especially with a child. So we often wondered: how can we feed the child at lunchtime? The poolside and beach bars had a very limited selection — mostly ice cream and drinks. Another issue was the towel system. There are only three towel stations — at two pools and the beach. To get a towel, you have to leave your room key. This means to retrieve your key, you must return to the same station. You can’t take a towel at the beach, swim later in the pool, and return towels there — you must go back to the original point. This is inconvenient, especially due to the long walking distances. On the beach, vendors constantly approached us — about every 15 minutes — even after we clearly declined. No one was managing this. Also, the distance between the sunbeds and the water was quite long. With a child, you had to run back and forth on the sand because it was hard to watch them while they swam. Evenings were rather boring — no entertainment, no discos, just soft music in a beachside restaurant (with paid entry). Still, overall, the hotel matches its price-to-quality ratio.

Positive: Big and clean room. The sea view room has a decent view - a little bit too far though. Close proximity to the beach. We get to swim in the sea and wash up quickly after that. And we came down early in the morning for a long, great beach walk all the way to both ends (2 hours, 9km). By the way, their gym room and pool tables are great too.

Negative: While they provide good variety in the breakfast buffet, the quality is not fantastic. Probably because they need to prepare a of foods for a large number of guests. They have difficulty keeping the hot foods warm and the fruits/drinks cold.

Positive: Located straight on a spectacular beach. Everything was very clean and well kept. The green area of the hotel is fantastic. Very spacious room.

Negative: The bed is too hard (it fits more the Chinese taste). The breakfast is good but there is too much noise and it's too crowded. Please install a charging facility for electric cars and electric bikes in the parking as there is almost every hotel.

Summary: Very nice hotel right on the beach. But too crowded breakfast.
