Positive: We had a truly perfect stay at this villa in Lefkada! Naji was always available for anything we needed, and her wonderful mother spoiled us with homemade cakes, olive oil, and honey. She also took care of us by changing towels and emptying the bins, which made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. The house itself is even more beautiful than in the photos – simply stunning! Watching the sunset from the balcony every evening was an unforgettable experience. In short – everything was beyond our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Positive: Facility is great. Clean and organised with everything you need. Swimming pool is very nice, water temperature is good. Parking for 1 car. Very spacious.

Negative: We did not had water supply. They have back-up tanks but they were not filled. I wrote to the host and they fixed after sometime but is uncomfortable when you come from the beach and you cannot have shower. Host asked us to be pacient and wait for 30 min until they fill up the tanks (I don’t know why this is not done before).

Positive: Lovely villa - lovely interior, everything you could need is there. Brilliant size pool & amazing spot for sunsets. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend others to go, the owners are very friendly and will do anything to help, the little treats were very much appreciated.

The interior of the villa is beautifully designed, blending modern style with traditional elements, creating a perfect atmosphere of elegance and comfort. The rooms are impeccably clean, spacious, and fully equipped with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. The private terrace, complete with its own pool, is the perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular sunsets and moments of absolute tranquility. The hosts were exceptional, always attentive to our needs and ready to assist with anything, all while giving us the privacy we sought. They offered us an exceptional culinary experience, spoiling us with various traditional Greek dishes, from moussaka to delicious Greek desserts, all home-cooked by the owner, like a mother cooking for her own children. Positive: Everything! The view is spectacular. The villa is very comfortable and meets all the needs for a vacation stay of any duration. The infinity edge pool overlooking the Ionian Sea offers breathtaking sunsets. What really sets this property apart is the hosts. They were very responsive before and during our stay. Angeliki is the sweetest person and surprised us with many homemade treats. Parking was very handy. There are restaurants and a small market within walking distance. If we are ever able to go back to Lefkada, we will definitely choose Yades again.

Positive: Amazing!! A stunnig view!!! A wonderful, welcoming and helpful host! We really enjoyed our time here! The house is equipped with everything you need, the bedrooms are decorated with a special design. The pool it's very clean and the host provides nice towels for sunbeds. Also, the host suprized us with lots of traditional culinary delights.We will come back for sure!
