Positive: The staff of this hotel is simply amazing. They speak English very well, are extremely kind and willing to help you with anything you might need. The location of the hotel is also great, and the breakfast has a lot of options.

Negative: The shower pressure could be a bit stronger, but honestly not a big deal compared to all pros this accommodation offers.

Positive: Amazing place, lovely inner garden, great staff. Exceptionally clean... I haven't seen such a clean room for a while. One of my best hostel stays ever.

Negative: Honestly, I can't find anything to complain about.

Positive: This is a terrific accommodation. The hotel is spotless, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. But most of all the staff are terrific. From the girls at reception who are super friendly, to the staff serving meals and the lovely lady who helped me with laundry… all were wonderful.

Positive: I love my stay in Xishu Garden in , the hotel is foreign friendly which is very important in china i stayed in the shared hostel room and it was very clean -I like that the bathroom was inside the room the location is amazing , it is not far from the metro and the area was lively but still quit inside the hotel - the breakfast was amazing mix of local and intercontinental option which was exceptional, the staff and the manager were very helpful and friendly.

Positive: The happy mood of the staff was contagious. They were most friendly, courteous and helpful especially Sophie who spent a lot of time helping us with our bookings as well as the lovely ladies at the reception counter. There was a good selection of food items for breakfast and the staff even remembered our coffee preferences.

Negative: Food items at breakfast tended to be cold even at different hours in the morning. There was very little room to hang and unpack clothes for guests who were staying for a few days. The electronic toilet seat cover sensor and lighting tended to have a mind of its own and could be annoying sometimes.

Summary: Very interesting neighborhood. Nice Chinese elements in decor and staff uniform.

Positive: What can I say in one word? Exceptional! This hotel is truly one of the best place I've ever been for quality-price. The facility is brand new, the room is extremely clean, spacious and it has everything you can think of. Plus, it's very hi-tech (I loved the bathroom). The bed is super comfortable and big, as well as the pillows. The area is alive during the day (full of restaurants and stores) and quiet at night, so perfect if you wanna sleep well and rest properly. The breakfast was tasty and with traditional food as well, plus it changes almost everyday. The staff is just great, always ready to help you and give you tips about the city and any kind of support you might need (all of them speak English). Moreover, they're very kind and smiley, which is always highly appreciated! I will definitely come back to Xishu Garden Inn for my next stay in Chengdu: don't hesitate to book it!
