Positive: Nice modern hotel near Taikoo Li. Reception staff are nice and the rooms were okay. Nice view of Taikoo Li from the rooms

Negative: The air freshener they pump into the lobby is too strong and over powering. The lifts take forever to come whether going up or down. You need at least 10 to 15 mins every time.
