Positive: I liked most the location and the property garden, the fact that tehy had a direct path to beach where most of the stores and terraces are. The room looked recently renovated especially the bathroom., also very spacious for a 2 room apartment. Cleaning ladies came daily to take the garbage out and offered to change the sheets and clean floors.

Negative: The divider of the balcony is inefficient between apartments. We had the unfortunate period of having a family of a bit noisy Italians that were smoking a lot and speaking on the balcony. All their smoke was coming over our part of the balcony and into the room, also all their conversations were easy to hear out loud. I had to stay with my windows closed and with the AC on to have fresh air. Also from the amenities, the shower head was making a loud noise when using it, the TV had only 5 channels (but at least WIFI so I screenshared), also light bulbs that were not working. So needs a bit more maintenenance, though I admit I did not go to reception to complain about any of the above.

Summary: Very good stay if you travel in a group or family close to the beach.

Positive: Spacious room, looking recently renovated. We had room 32. Nice sea view from the huge balcony (compared to standards in Greece). Basic furniture but functional. Mattresses and pillows could be better. I didn't had any issues sleeping but my son complained a bit about sleep quality. The AC unit was was positioned very well, not blowing directly on any of the beds. Setting the air flow to top position allowed us to let it run all night, otherwise we would have been scorched. Basic amenities, but we didn't miss anything. Nice-ish bathroom with good light over the mirror. And also liked the fridge unit with a freezer. Plenty of ice cubes to fight the heat wave. They changed our towels and beddings twice during our stay. Daily service meant taking our garbage out but they also thoroughly cleaned twice. So no issues there either.

Negative: The balcony chairs need some padding on their feet. No matter how careful you are they make a lot of noise when moved. And if your neighbors aren't careful...

Positive: Price and location. Nice view from the veranda, and kettle in the room.

Negative: Twin beds instead of double, and we requested a smoking room which was approved, but when we arrived it was non-smoking. Also, the fan was unstable and unusable due to the excessive wobble.

Positive: Very nice hotel with friendly staff, rooms are clean and comfy. Location is very good - close to restaurants, bakery and beach. We had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back next summer.

Positive: LOCATION, garden, beach availability.

Negative: System of cooling very noisy, old-fashioned. Inside equipment (kitchen mainly) needs to be changed. The whole building has very pure thermal isolation, so inside comfort by higher temperatures is an issue (nights especially).

Summary: Good, in location, services esp., You have to be ready for more asketic/sportive stay.
