Positive: We had quite a rainy week in Rhodes, so we spent a lot of time in the apartment. Fortunately, I chose Xenia Residence. The apartment is warmly decorated and fully equipped—it truly feels like home, and the beds are very comfortable. There’s a bakery and a supermarket right at the entrance, which is very convenient. The host and their family are incredibly kind and respond to any questions or requests immediately. Because of the bad weather, they even found rain gear, waterproof clothing, and rain boots for my children. Highly recommended!

Positive: We had the most incredible stay at Xenia Residence in Faliraki! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is spotless, modern, and beautifully maintained, with absolutely everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. The apartment itself was spacious and fully equipped, the kitchen had all the essentials (coffee machine, toaster, oven, dining area), which made it so easy to enjoy breakfast on the balcony each morning. The private bathroom was immaculate and stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and even a hairdryer. Little touches like the drying rack and streaming services on the flat-screen TV made it feel like a home away from home. The outdoor areas were a huge highlight for us. The sun terrace and balcony were perfect for unwinding in the evenings, and the peaceful atmosphere made it ideal for a relaxing break. Air conditioning worked perfectly and the WiFi was fast and reliable throughout the property. It’s also in a PERFECT location, close enough to enjoy Faliraki’s beach, restaurants and nightlife, but far enough to enjoy peace and privacy. The hosts truly made this stay unforgettable. They honestly couldn’t do enough to accommodate us and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. They were warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring, some of the best hosts we’ve ever experienced. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing. This was one of the best places we’ve stayed in Greece and we would 100% return without hesitation. Highly, highly recommended! 🌞🇬🇷

Positive: We loved absolutely everything about this property! The host was so lovely and made us feel really welcome and safe. Everything had a new refurb. Built in wardrobes with so much space, black out electric blinds, really good lighting with spotlights and bed side lights too, oven, fridge and even left some fruit, a bottle of wine and some water. Big sofa and TV too with beautiful made to measure sliding doors to separate the bedroom from the lounge area. Location also perfect, 5 minute walk to the bars/ restaurants and beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Positive: Best holiday we had. We usually stay at 5-star hotels, but we chose this apartment—and it turned out to be the best decision! The staff is absolutely wonderful: warm, helpful, and so friendly. Everything was very clean and beautifully maintained. In apartment there are everything you need. Nearby plenty of cafés and restaurants , supermarket and the beach is just a short walk away. We would love to come back someday—hopefully we will! We highly recommend Xenia Apartment!
