Positive: We had dinner & breakfast at the hotel. Food & service was excellent although menu is overpriced. Bar upstairs was lovely, drink selection nice, view great.

Negative: Concrete floors in the rooms are COLD in winter!! I personally can’t stand showers that I have to be standing under when I turn them on. Who doesn’t regulate the water temp first before getting in? NO ONE.

Summary: Nice visit, great location. I’d stay here again.

Negative: Lots of money for a room with no coffee maker and a very drippy shower and no bottled water (or water station) provided

Positive: Location was convenient for us. Lots to do in the area. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant was great. I believe the bar on the 6th floor was booked both nights for an event so we didn’t get to see it (didn’t realize that before we stayed). The door staff was very friendly!

Negative: I had submitted a request for extra pillows upon booking that I had to ask for again at the front desk. Separately, I used the room phone to call the Room Service number one evening (maybe 9pm) and received no answer. I then called the front desk and the person who answered was unsure when the restaurant closed (11), then put me on hold and never came back—it went to voicemail?! I expected a call back to my room and didn’t get one.

Summary: At the right price, I would stay here again for the location and the room.

Positive: I had a great stay overall. The staff was genuinely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and attentive. The food was incredible, and the bed was extremely comfortable. I also loved the bathroom amenities; everything felt thoughtfully chosen and high-quality. The location was convenient and made getting around very easy.

Negative: My only complaint is the noise. You can hear everything through the walls. Standard conversations from the neighboring room sounded like they were happening right next to me. The hotel does offer earplugs upon request, but the sound transfer was significant enough to impact the stay. If you’re a light sleeper, keep this in mind. Otherwise, it’s a lovely hotel with fantastic service and amenities
