Summary: The elevators need to be serviced. The smell of smoke was constant. other guests did not seem to care that it was 3AM and were loud and annoying. The walls were quite thin. The staff was polite and helpful.

Summary: Lots of things were broke in the room. Towels were dirty, bathroom tissues had mold on them and everything was dirty! Workers were rude and hot tub wasn’t hot and the jets didn’t work. We had to get our room keys reactivated 3 times for a two night stay

Summary: I have stayed in this hotel many times before and this was the first time I was a little disappointed. The ice machines were not working. We were not told at check-in and had to find out. The room was clean but when went to use the shower black stuff came out of the drain.

Summary: I was expecting much more from Wyndham. The property is in need of much renovation. One of two elevators wasn't working and the other was slow, dirty, and its door made a loud screeching sound, the room's door didn't have a functioning deadbolt. One bedside light didn't work and the other had a broken shade, the refrigerator door didn't close, the AC cover plate was broken, scratches on the walls and furniture, loose wall papers, the sink didn't have a stopper, one towel had a hole in it, no pen and pad of paper, the smoke detector was hanging loose on the wall, no clock in the room, and a few more things along these lines.
