Positive: The staff was very outgoing and helpful. Especially the evening staff on the day I checked in (July 1, 2026) All the housekeeping staff was wonferful also. Some other guests complained to me about one particular woman on the front desk in the mornings.
Negative: MIS-MANAGEMENT! I realize that they are taking over a new hotel, but honestly... this is THE moment for intense and good management attention, and sadly it was not evident at all. 1. I checked in, and was given a dirty room. The front desk fixed it, but it should never happen. 2. The restaurant is listed as open till 10am for breakfast, but actually closed at 9am, leaving me and other guests puzzled. 3. The hotel has not established the minimum standards for guest behaviour. IE: Guests walking through the lobby and hallways barefoot, shirtless, wearing only wet swimming suits. Other guests walking through the lobby without shirts in order to go outside to smoke. These type of "growing pains" are totally shocking for a company with the reputation of Wyndham.
Summary: Nice staff, but the management is asleep at the wheel.

Positive: Breakfast was great, as it was a fully cooked to order meal. The waiter was very personable and made our morning special. The beds were very comfortable
Negative: The carpet in our room looked old and worn, hot water was to hot

Negative: Because I paid to go there to enjoy the hot tub but it was not working. I didn't like Because they don't clean daily , they only clean after you leave the room and you have to put the garbage outside the doorvso they pick it up before you leave the room
