Positive: The staff, the butler Anh, assigned to us was proactive and very helpful, she was always contactable and friendly, suggesting things to do in the resort.

Negative: Dirty, pool was not clean when we came in. Interestingly, the pool with vacant villa beside ours was much cleaner and they did not give us the room. Our pool water was greenish while the other was clear. Villa floors were dusty despite the known barefoot Asian culture 🤷‍♀️ Wifi did not work throughout the entire villa nor the rest of the resort as well

Positive: The service was superb, and grounds were beautiful but the buildings have not been well maintained and the overall standard felt below 5*. We had outstanding help with organising our travels and touring, and we are grateful for the outstanding service we received, but the grounds need to be renovated.

Positive: Nice resort property, large landscaped area, close to nature, kids play area, swimming pool, hot mineral bath, sauna/spa, decent breakfast spread. Very attentive and supportive staff. Anh from the staff was very helpful. She went above and beyond in assisting us with transport (at really reasonable prices), guiding us on things to do and helping us with ticket bookings for tourist attraction. We were 4 adults travelling with 2 infants and Anh knowing this kept checking on our wellbeing. Big thanks Anh, for making the trip so memorable for us.

Negative: Nothing really. Breakfast spread could have more continental options. Could be we were there in off season, so the spread was smaller.

Summary: Wonderful resort property, great staff and facilities!!

Positive: The location is perfect for Cuc Phuong National Park which was why I visited this area. I am a repeat visitor to Wyndham Grand and I stayed in one of the bamboo bungalows over the lake. The room and the dining room are amazing structures and add to the uniqueness of the whole experience. The staff regardless of their role are friendly, professional and very efficient.

Summary: My stay exceeded my own expectations based on a visit less than 12 months ago.

Positive: The room is elegant with a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden. The resort is surrounded by plenty of greenery, and there is a large regulation pond for free kayaking activities. There is also a supermarket within the resort premises, making it very convenient
