Summary: Poor instructions and communication from the hotel, had to go back and forth a few times to check in and get the key. The bedroom is at the same side as where the elevator and walking path is which means you cant have the window open because then you will be woken up by people that walk by that talks. The room had a surround sound system but couldn't get it to work with the TV nor my phone - i think it was an old old dvd system onæy, very sad. Other then that everything was great.

Summary: Beautiful, clean overall, friendly staff with high service. Safe to leave your child at the kids club. Fun free activity to get around with the tuff tuff train. Have only one dissatisfied thing; that the beds are too hard, we had to sleep on a spring mattress with a mattress protector. wish they could add a mattress topper for a softer bed. The food at the Safari restaurant is good but a bit overpriced. Then you get better food for the money at the Villa Tropicana restaurant with a sea view just a few minutes from the area. Overall very satisfied and we can definitely consider coming back here!

Summary: Such a lovely apartment. Bed was firm and comfortable. Shower was strong. Close to pool, shop and restaurant. Restaurant is quite expensive but the food is absolutely delicious so worth the money! Beautiful view from the balcony. Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Would love to come back again one year!

Summary: We were extremely disappointed with our accommodation because we expected a four to five star hotel similar to the experience we have had in Wyndham faro and the fact is this place is not a hotel at all there is no room service no change of towels we even had to go out and buy basics like coffee and toilet paper if you are looking for a dated self contained apartment, then go for it but to tag it with the Wyndham brand is bizarre

Summary: Loved it so much, we had to stay another night. The staff really tried to accomodate us to be able to stay in the same room but since it was fully booked, we had to change. But still got a room with an outside jacuzzi and the kids loved it. Surely coming back in the coming years.

Summary: Had a great experience here, both with the place and the staff. All super friendly and the rooms were amazing with jacuzzi, dish washer and washing machine. The pool could stay open a little longer, closed at 8pm, but other than that it was a great stay.
