Summary: Staff was awesome, room spotless and spacious, had everything I needed except a microwave. Still, I’d have given my stay 5 stars had it not been for two emails from the hotel, one before I even checked in and the other at 8am the morning of departure, asking me what time I was leaving. I found this odd the first time, annoying the second - if check out is by noon, let me sleep in on my vacation and leave when I’m ready!

Summary: The staff was very nice and the room was clean. I also loved the decor. What we did not like was the fact that the handicap room only had one grab bar to get into the tub comfortably, as well as standing in the tub. Also, the accommodations were to include a 54 inch TV. The TV in the room was closer to a 45 inch, if not smaller.

Summary: It seems the hotel in general is getting a little shabby, torn wallpaper, broken tile in the entrance area, etc. but everyone was friendly and helpful.

Summary: They stay was generally pleasant. Maintenance was attempting to repair the counter in the bathroom with a giant clamp that prevented the bathroom door from closing. The mini fridge was a freezer as it froze all of our bottled water solid. On a positive the rooms were exceptionally quiet and overall everything was very clean.
