Summary: The bed and breakfast offered comfortable surroundings where we took advantage of their outside deck to relax by their fireplace for a glass of wine before retiring. They provided a delicious breakfast every morning. Take advantage of the morning history lesson, we learned a good bit that was not communicated on the tour. The staff could not have been friendlier. Overall a great stay.

Summary: Lovely civil war era inn nestled in the Gettysburg countryside, plenty of history and very comfortable. Friendliest staff we’ve ever met. Delicious breakfasts and highly enjoyable, hugely entertaining history programs each morning. Highlight: after a bit of training, We fired off civil war rifles! Very convenient location, just south of town. Very easy to drive to and from. A perfect venue for a family reunion or wedding. Internet was a little slow, but that’s so minor compared to everything this B&B has to offer. Would gladly return, and would highly, highly recommend.
