Positive: Well located for my needs, close to the airport and to Bangkok Hospital. Also, the staff was really nice and helpful. The brand new rooms are not huge but very well organized, clean and comfortable.

Positive: The rooms themselves are pretty good. Comfortable king size bed. New TV with all apps working. Fantastic Wi-Fi internet. There is a small kitchen, but nothing there to cook with, so you need to bring everything yourself, which makes no sense. The downside is that the bathroom is extremely small, too small for the size of the room. Once it’s finished, this place will be quite nice, but if you want to relax right now, this is definitely not the right place. It’s noisy and construction is happening everywhere around you. If you have a room next to the construction area, you will be mad during the daytime.

Negative: This property is not finished yet. There is construction work going on all around. Not all facilities are operating. For example, there is no restaurant inside, so you eat breakfast next to the pool. The food is placed next to the outdoor shower. When it was raining, breakfast was served inside next to the gym, so you put food on your plate while someone is running three meters away. The gym is pretty nice, but the running equipment was not working properly, so you are not able to run. You can only walk with incline. I don’t think properties should be allowed to operate while they are not finished. The employees are friendly, but most of them don’t understand basic words. You ask for one wine, they bring two, etc. It’s a brand new property, but it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible, which makes no sense. There are large steps before the buildings and elevators, which are problematic to handle even for the workers. The breakfast was so poor. Even 40-EUR hotels had a better one. It’s all because of the same reason: the property is not fully finished and there are simply not enough facilities

Positive: Brand new property with great rooms. The rooms have amazing views of the swimming pool area. Everything is great about this property. Rooms have king size beds with a seating area and kitchenette which is well equipped. The bathrooms are super clean. Will definitely recommend and come back again to this place. 10 mins drive to Chaweng Beach, Fisherman's Village.
