Positive: Absolutely stunning villa and the staff were amazing and very helpful! We throughly enjoyed our breakfasts each morning that were cooked and brought to our villa.

Negative: Location was a little bit far from most popular tourist activities on the island and weren’t aware until arrive that if you go over the electricity amount you have to pay

Positive: Villa Sonata is a really lovely place to stay. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, and you feel comfortable pretty much right away. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated, and everything just feels well thought out without trying too hard.

Positive: Everything was perfect, the villa is beautiful and the team is amazing. The team is ready to help with anything you might need (fast), breakfast is cooked to order and delicious. The villa is one of a kind, you will not want to leave.

Negative: It’s a 20min walk to the Main Street or a 15min drive to Fisherman’s village, but you can rent a scooter or order a taxi very easily.

Summary: Everything was perfect, it’s a gem.

Positive: We stayed at the villa for 2 nights as a couple and enjoyed every moment. The hospitality was very kind — they were available for any request and always very polite. The villa is spacious, beautifully designed, with modern facilities and a fully equipped kitchen. Each room has direct access to the private pool, which is truly refreshing on a hot day. Every morning, someone came over to prepare us a fresh breakfast (as shown in the photo), which was a real treat.

Negative: The only downsides are that the villa is not within walking distance of the main street — but we rented a scooter for 300 baht per day, which made it easy to reach the town or any other place on the island within 5 minutes. Also, the air conditioning in the living room wasn’t quite strong enough for our liking, but overall it was fine. especially with the pool right there for a quick cool-down.

Summary: Highly recommended!
