Summary: They said there was room cleaning every 3 days. But in the 6 days were there. We received no cleaning service. We had to ask for towels every few days.

Summary: Loved out weekend stay with the kids. We stayed here a few times now this year for weekend get aways one of favorites areas to spend time.

Summary: The location of this hotel has a fantastic view of the lake. They have done a nice job on freshing up the interior. But maybe the mechanicals, like new windows & doors, could be in the next renovation. But with it being so close to everything, it's where we'll be staying next time in town

Summary: Ghetto. Even after assurance eas given that AC would be fixed, no effort made. Wyndham member and still waiting for system to correct the nightly rate to member rate. System over charge

Summary: The service was probably the best I’ve had in a long time hotel wise, beds are OK but nothing we needed to complain about. The room itself was very clean and looked like it was recently updated. The cons we had was the pool area, it didn’t feel or look clean the hot tub was not working, I was looking forward to that after a huge wedding we went to. I would definitely stay again I’ve been coming here for years but this was the first time we where here in about 2 years.

Summary: I asked to be moved to a higher floor The girl at the desk gave me a 4th floor at the opposite end to the elevators away from the noisey other guests I slept like a log , thank you Such nice service and also from the lady cleaning rooms

Summary: Great hotel with lovely view of the lake for half the rooms. Comfy beds. Lovely staff. Only complaint is the echo-chamber of a hallway with tile floors.

Summary: Wasn’t expecting the walls to be paper thin..my fiance and I could hear a couple arguing right next door while trying to get some sleep before our half marathon race the next morning. If they can improve on the noise level I would’ve gave this stay a higher rating..

Summary: Room had a terrible chemical smell. Floor in the room had numerous cracks and chips. Bed was clean and comfortable. Shower had sufficient hot water. Breakfast did not look bad, your typical free breakfast offerings.

Summary: Once we finally checked in at night everything was great. I called early in the morning to see if we could check in a little early since we mad a 3 o’clock event we needed to be at. The guy I talked to said our room would be available a little after 2. When we got there, not sure if it was the same guy , he bluntly said that there were no rooms ready until 3. Didn’t even make any effort to see if anything was available. Will not stay here again just because of that guy.
