Positive: This is an extremely comfortable hotel in Bukhara. The staff is excellent - especially Sevinch who made sure I had everything I needed/wanted, Diana who provided a great massage, and the ladies at breakfast! The fitness center is very well equipped, and the spa is lovely - I just wish I had had more time to spend there.

Positive: Very friendly staff, professional and efficient Swimming pool is excellent

Negative: 1) Rather low water pressure on higher floors. Almost half from regular. 2) upon arrival around 14:00 went with friends (7PAX) to restaurant in the hotel for lunch. From taking order to first dish -1 hour waiting time, somebody got his food and was finishing it while either were still waiting . Staff was doing its best, but apparently the whole process is not properly organized during lunch time. Did not experience the same during evenings.
