Positive: Very easy to find, comfortable, lots of space, parking spot available, which mattered to me. The host welcomed we warmly despite the horribly late hour of arrival and came to see me off at another rather inconvenient time. Comfortable beds, big kitchen with a space to sit and have a coffee/breakfast in the morning.
Negative: No lift (one floor above ground level), which was no trouble to me, but might be a problem for people with disabilities. The water pressure was a bit lacking, but I can't say if that is a regular issue, or something happened while I was there.
Summary: Well worth it, the host is awesome!
