Summary: The four of us were extremely happy with these accommodations! The site is less than a block from Wrigley Field, excellent location. Everything was perfect within! We were SO Satisfied with this location that we have HIGHLY recommended it to our family members who attend Cubs games.

Summary: We absolutely LOVED the location. Not even 1 block from Wrigley Field! Very easy check in- the place itself was very inviting. Had all the amenities and was very clean. When we attend another game- we will stay here!

Summary: Relax, Unwind, No fuss. A friend and i Were needing A place to staY and this was just what we needed for the night. Subway access, Cubs stadium, A clean space to stay, and Multiple amenities worth the price. Definitely One Neat hotel That is Sure To Accommodate You, your friends, and anyone visiting chicago!

Summary: Very close to Wrigley Field, easy to get to and easy in and out. Very comfortable. It's a very nice neighborhood. It would be a good place to stay for a group. With that being said, even though we had no issues you still share a bathroom with other guests. That and parking were the only downsides as far as we are concerned.

Summary: The place was decent but they didn't send me the instructions to check in so I didn't know I had to put an extra $200 down as a deposit until I was there. Now they won't give my $200 back because a friend came inside for a few minutes before we went out for the night. Would not recommend this place it's not worth it unless you're okay with not getting your deposit back. Also there's most likely nowhere to park nearby. One of the owners was shirtless on the front porch drinking beer and asked us to leave the property at 8:30 because he had a masseuse coming in at that time

Summary: The overall stay was nice, very close to wrigley field and food and bars. The communication however was not great at all. From checking in to multiple messages sent with no reply. And I am still waiting on my security deposit refund more than 48 hours later. So if you want a place that’s close to everything and you can minimize conversation it’ll be great for you. However if you want to be refunded back your $200 after checking out or have any questions that need to be answered expeditiously don’t bother.
