Summary: Loved the pool perfect for young children. Rooms were spacious and clean. Property manager was friendly and prompt. Location was perfect. Wonderful vacation. Great memories.

Summary: Me and my family had the best time staying at the Solstice house. It is exactly as posted and looked even better in person. So much room for a big group and never seemed crowded. The pool was beautiful and the wrap around porch was nice to sit on every morning and evening. Bathrooms are beautiful and the entire house was very clean. My son left his favorite lovie and we contacted Daniel our maintenance man and he ran over quickly and retrieved it for him and mailed it back to us with no problems. He went above and beyond. I would recommend this house to anyone who wants a relaxing beautiful house while staying in 30A.

Summary: The house and location was great! Beds were comfortable and having most of the bedrooms having connected bathrooms was ideal. The pool was fabulous and the lounge beds were very comfortable (great for midday naps). The beach was an easy walk. Only feedback: need more knives and a sink in the bar downstairs would help.

Summary: Great house for 15! Very clean and comfortable beds. 7 minute walk to the beach but loved having the golf cart and bikes. Pool was awesome along with plenty of spaces to lounge. Love the wrap around porch. Communication with Daniel was excellent and he responded very quick to our one and only request. Our only thought of a “nice to have” would be a way to cool the pool water down. It felt like a hot tub during the day. Would gladly pay to have cooler water. Other than that, no complaints. We all agreed that will be back.

Summary: This home was amazing! Great for large families or multiple families to gather and have plenty of room. The home was very clean and well maintained. Location was amazing. Close to beach and surrounded by beautiful trees. The property manager was easy to get a hold of and responded almost immediately if I had questions. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation.
