Positive: It was everything I expected. The place is older. The furnishings match the age. Room was clean. Got what we paid for!
Negative: Pool was out of service. As a pool professional for 30 years I know a thing or 2 about pools. The Pool was working just fine. I even checked out the equipment room. I feel they didn't want all the girls from the softball teams playing in a local tournament using the pool. That's why we were there also! I even offered to fix any "issues" for free and was turned down.
Summary: It was what we expected less a non working pool.

Positive: It was located close to the area I needed
Negative: The top lock for the room was broken, the bathroom fan was loud, squeaky, and noisy which pierced our ears if we turned it on and off, there was no screen in the window, the carpets were soiled with moisture and filth, the room smelled musky.
