Summary: It was great except one morning we had almost no hot water and the next we had a period of time with almost no water at all.

Summary: The staff was excellent especially the "breakfast" staff. They were caring & concerned about our comfort while we waited out bad blizzardy weather. Thank you for taking care of our family.

Summary: Check in was great, our room is great also. I wish that when we checked in that they told us the hot tub was not hot. Luke warm at best. Nothing in this town was open past 8 and I know in the past they used to have pizza but not anymore.

Summary: Room was very spacious, however the pull out was not at all clean. Contained beer bottle caps, almonds and looked like hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. Then came to find out the frame of the pull out was not even attached to the sofa and had been ripped out. No bedding for the pull out except sheets. Front desk was super accommodating and provided an extra room for the guest that was on the pull out. I assume the people who used the pull out last broke it and tried to put it back into the sofa.
