Location is perfect! 2 miles from St.Bonaventure.Rock City is close.Niagra Falls 1.5hr 30 mins. To Ellicottville You can walk everywhere. Tasta Pizza place across the street.Grocery store is 3 blocks away and the movies &Walmart only a mile.Great restaurants are also a stones throw away.We have a fire pit which is also a grill. Summary: Skiing at holiday Valley. Wanted to be close without breaking the bank. This house was perfect! 30 minutes from the resort. The house fit our crew of six perfectly. We will absolutely book again next time.

Summary: My sister and I are originally from Olean and came up from Atlanta to visit our oldest sister who was placed in hospice while we were visiting. The location was good for meeting with family and friends. I mixed up my check out day and Debbie, the manager was kind and accommodated us for one more day. The porch rails need some work and are a little dangerous but the house was clean and well equipped.

Summary: Our group of 5 senior adults stayed for 3 nights. It was great for our needs. Clean. Good location. There are steps into the home & all bedrooms are upstairs, but it wasn't a problem for us. Host was very responsive with a couple of questions.

Summary: We were in town for a graduation party. We thought we’d try a VRBO this time. The house could be great. A clean coat of paint would make a world of difference in the whole house. The house could be charming if the bedding was updated, and clean crisp sheets on the bed, remove the plastic table cloth in the kitchen with ripped wholes with a cloth one. Remove the cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. The owner did tell us they had had a flood recently, but the house smelled damp and moldy. It had good reviews, so we booked it. Again, it has great potential but would not stay again.

Summary: Pictures are accurate. Older home that was equipped with all we needed! Able to prepare nice meals because of well equipped kitchen, including seasonings!

Summary: We came from PA for a baby shower. The house is nice. There is a driveway that can fit several cars. The house has most of it's origonal charm such as beautiful woodwork throughout and antique furniture inside. The downstairs gets nice and toasty warm, and the upstairs has 2 vents, so if you like to sleep a little cooler, this is the place for you. Plenty of towels and things you would need for your stay. I would definately stay here again. Check it out!
