Positive: no breakfast was provided

Negative: We only had trouble with booking.com. We did not know that Yellowstone closed the road during our stay. We asked to check out a day early so we could drive to Gardiner because you could still enter the park from there. Booking.com wouldn't even consider refunding one night. We were able to have the manager say that this was okay. We were very grateful to him.
