Summary: The staff were helpful and the lobby was equipped with necessary things. It gets really hot in the tent during the day and the fan provided do not offer much comfort. The noise of the travel carts resonate through late night.

Summary: The actual facility was nice, the employees were nice. I have stayed at the Grand Canyon facility, and I liked the main tent with the restaurant and the book reading area much better than West Yellowstone, where the main tent was a little boring and I didn’t like Having to go to the log cabin style restaurant that kind of took away from the feeling that we had at the Grand Canyon. And as far as my shabby surroundings comment I couldn’t get over every time we drove in and out from the main highway having to drive by the kind of trailer park area where the employees lived. I think that should’ve been put away in the back of the facilities so when you drove in, you didn’t have to drive by and through that it’s kind of like driving through a ghetto to get to Beverly Hills. Don’t mean to be rude just being honest I’m sure that’s not gonna change anything. Thank you.
