Positive: super clean (our bathroom did have some trash still in the trash can but not a lot), friendly staff. you could hear through the walls in some instances but other guests were respectful. ac worked super well

Negative: i thought there were some offerings for breakfast but i could’ve been mistaken. they had coffee. the towels had a few stains on them but nothing crazy, more so things i’d attribute to plenty of use over time.

Positive: Location was good and the staff was nice. Room was clean. Ok for the 2 nights we were there.

Negative: There was a bad odor every time we walked into our room. There was no getting rid of the smell. The bed was really low and hard. Also when we were about to check out we saw two roaches.

Summary: I wouldn’t stay again.

Positive: Nice huge room and very comfortable beds.

Negative: The night shift clerk at the front refused to let us check in early after driving 8 hours over night, causing us to have to sleep in our car. She forwarded about 6 of our calls to voicemail and locked outside doors. When the dayshift clerk came in at 7 am, she politely greeted us and got us into our room early, stating that it shouldnt have been a problem in the first place and apologizing to us about the nightshift workers behavior.

Summary: Cute room and great daytime service, terrible nighttime service.

Positive: Everything was excellent. Check-in and check-out were easy and convenient. Everything was very clean. Absolutely no complaints.

Negative: There was a little too much noise in the hallway Saturday morning.
