Summary: I believe this was the first listing for this location. I can appreciate there is a learning curve for the hosts. But the communication was tailored for their own needs, not for the needs of the guests. They didn’t make it easy or make it feel welcoming. The place was comfy, clean and pleasant. But there is a neighborhood dog, named bear, who was on the porch the first evening we got there. He was sweet and gentle, but he also roamed nearby, all night long, barking. It was not in any way a restful stay.
