Positive: Liked the hot tub and the number of rooms. It held all of our family.

Negative: High cleaning fee when I had to strip the beds and do the dishes.

Positive: The quiet neighborhood was just what my family needed. The yard was green and beautiful with a hot tub and flowers in the backyard. The kitchen had plenty of utencils and supplies. The contact person, Jessee, responded promptly every time I contacted him.

Negative: The kitchen sink has no filter to cover the drainage/trap solid particles and the 'disposal' is too faint to unclog it, draining was very slow.The water temperature, and more so in the kitchen faucets and basement bathroom, was getting extremely hot and a small error in control could easily scald you. The fan in the primary and lower level bathrooms aren't working, too much steam accumulation. It will ruin the house- my 2 cents. The fabric on the chairs at the dining tables are too old/dirty, almost filthy, they could make do with a change.

Positive: The house worked well for our family. We used this home as home base when we went to Lagoon. Nicely decorated and comfy beds and pillows. Clean and met our needs.

Negative: The master shower glass door was not attached level to the shower, it made using the shower questionable. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes. Not sure why, but they were annoying.
